Danny Boyle’s ‘Slumdog Millionaire’ has not only made history for Indian technicians on the World podium, but it had also opened up larger avenues for Indian film industry to wider horizons. Hollywood stars now do not mind being a part of Bollywood film, and Indian stars are often seen playing important roles in International Cinema. Adding to the likes of Naseeruddin Shah, Shabana Azmi and Nandita Das is actor Prakash Raj. The versatile actor is all set to play an important role in an upcoming Hollywood project, an untitled adaptation of Vikaw Swarup’s “Six Suspects’. The film will be directed by Pablo Trapero, an Argentanan film maker, and will go on floors from March 14th. Incidentally, Swarup’s first book, Q&A, was adapted into Slumdog Millionaire and looks like all eyes are on his books to follow success. Prakash Raj is currently shooting for Un Samayal Arrayal in Tamil, a film in Kannada and ‘Ulavacharu Biriyani’ in Telugu.
